Ugh where was my mind when i sent in the application?

i made a silly little error in one of the AP scores… said my 4 in ap art was a 5… but this was part 1 of the application and i sent it in ages ago…

what do i do about this? i was thinking of calling brown tomorrow to ask…?

You should call them or e-mail them, especially for this because it could get you in trouble later on if you do get accepted.

is there a deadline for making changes to your application? also, will this look bad, as if i had either deliberately lied, or as if i had been super careless?

i need to stop freaking out and get some sleep...

You don't need to freak out but I'm surprised you even question whether this should be corrected. Of course! It's a significant mistatement. Write them a letter or send an email stating that you had a typo and didn't want to leave it uncorrected. I assume they would give you credit for being honest.

You NEED to correct it ASAP!!! or else there will be some serious consequences should you get accepted.

Also, Brown admissions office responds to emails very promptly. They emailed me back the next day when I told them I checked the wrong box for something.

P.S. don't stress about it! Everyone makes mistakes... the important part is correcting them!

Then, should I e-mail them about my issue. The last word of my engineering essay got cut off. It should be "discipline." It's "discipl" now.

@megsy1990: personally, I would email them

I just did, thanks folk.
