cost of an UK college

Can anybody tell me what is the cost of a top UK college(including tution, college and living cost) for an international student??
Please....

It varies just like it would in the US from University to University. Living in London for example can be two or three times more expensive than other parts of the country. Your best bet is going on the websites of the Uni’s that you are interested in, they wil list fees and usually give guidance on living expenses etc. Living costs are very hard to predict for someone else however, depends entirely on what sort of person you are (how much you go out etc). I have friends who have already maxed their loans payments for the year, and others still living comfortably of their first installment.

London unis = approximately 170k
non-London uni = around 130k to 140k

I’m talking about total cost of studying and living there of course.

I found out that tution fees at cambridge for engineering was £19800 along with £12000 for living and college fees per year. Together thats $48000 per year and I cant afford that much.
Can u please verify( I thought they were much chdaper thsn US ones).

UK universities can be cheaper than the top private colleges in the US, but they won’t be cheaper than your in state public…

Also, NO financial aid (need or merit based) is available for international students in the UK

Hey,
UK university fees are cheaper for UK and EU (European union) citizens. As an international student it is usually triple the average citizen fee.

best bet would be to visit the university website and they usually have information about fees on there.

Sorry to correct grammar, but it’s really annoying me! It’s a UK college, not an UK college. I don’t know why, it just is.

Hello Mrinal ! You seem to be an Indian , I too am .
I have got acceptance into several UK universities .
For example at University of Birmingham the tuition fee for engineering is 14850 ( around 12 lack rupees ) and living costs there are around 7 lakh rupees . These figures are for an year.
I hope that helped !
