cost of utilities for a 2 bedroom apartment

<p>I'll be moving to Florida to attend the veterinary school in August, and I was putting together a budget and am looking for some information on utilities. Could someone give me a ballpark estimate of what utilities would cost for a 2 bedroom apartment with the following:</p>

electricity
water</p>

<p>More than likely, your apartment rent will include water, internet, cable tv, and even an allowance for electricity. That’s been our experience anyhow.
My daughter’s electricity allowance is $90/month (I think) and she has never been charged an overage. So we assume she’s staying within that allowance, even with a washer and dryer going a lot and the a/c set very comfortably.<br>
She’s in a 4 bedroom, 4 bath with 3 friends, who share the kitchen, living room, washer & dryer etc. I’m assuming the $90/mo must be per person, since I can’t imagine they could run the whole apartment for that amount.
