Could I be rescinded? And how exactly do you join honors?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>When I applied to UT first semester this year, I had mid to high B average with Bs in most classes. Since second semester, I began working a lot and my grades slumped a bit. I got accepted to UT austin and plan to go there next year (already done the deposit/housing), but I fear I may be rescinded.</p>

<p>Currently I have all B's and a few C's (3). I won't fail any classes, and will try increase the grades, but do you think I will be rescinded? </p>

<p>Also, I want to join Liberal Arts Honors after a year? I'm not in the Liberal Arts college. Is it possible to switch colleges and jump into honors as well?</p>

<p>Don’t worry too much about it. Getting a few Cs senior year is probably very common. I mean, people know how senior year goes. Just don’t fail any classes and you should be good to go.</p>

<p>You won’t get rescinded with the grades you have posted but those grade will keep you from gaining admittance to LAH. Your high school grades will follow you through college on the undergraduate level.</p>
