Could I Get Into Stanford? (I know it is repetitive, but I would really appreciate the help!)

Okay so I go to a pretty good high school, International Baccalaureate program, well recognized, etc. I am not sure if this matters, just saying. As for me :
-3.92 unweighted GPA (I am in honors/AP but have never been told a weighted)
-30 Composite ACT (2nd time taking it, first time 28) - and I may take it again and am expecting to go up 1-2 as I hardly studied for either of the prior two.
-National Honor Society
-DECA (business organization/club)
-Founded my schools chess club (leader obviously as well)
-Part of the school newspaper (designer/writer)

As for volunteering :

So my sister has Down Syndrome and a lot of my volunteering revolves around that.
I volunteer/have volunteered..
-special needs baseball teams
-this summer I will be a counselor at a week long Down Syndrome camp
-a lot of miscellaneous stuff for National Honor Society (around 60 hours so far this year)

Random stuff :
-Play lacrosse
-Play piano

Okay so hopefully I didn't leave anything out, if so please ask and I will tell you. I sincerely would appreciate any help or comments, even if this post is posted a lot!

Sorry, but it’s not going to happen.
Anything less than a 34 ACT is a very longshot and there is just not enough going on on the other side of the ledger to compensate.

There are PLENTY of 4.0/36 kids who are rejected and you need to have a complelling case for taking you over them.
