So if someone has a 4.0(straight A's) their entire high school career and get straight B's (3.0) their second semester senior year, is it possible the admissions could be rescinded? Any personal experiences?

There is absolutely no chance that someone would be rescinded because of straight Bs

I think it definitely says something about you and your character to admissions officers or anyone else looking at your transcript, but it won’t be enough to rescind any admission decisions.

Keep in the mind though - your high school grades stay with you your entire life. They don’t stop mattering once you get into college (I’ve had many jobs, internships, scholarships, etc. ask me for my high school transcript, and even graduate schools ask for high school grades!).

Bottom line, short term - no, your admission to any college is safe. Long term, think about how a sudden drop will look to someone else looking at your transcript in the future. Granted, the drop is not a very big one, but still quite a noticeable one if you have all As before and all Bs your last semester.

No. You are good to go.

Your going to college with your senioritis. Don’t come near me it’s contagious;)
