Consequences of Senioritis?

I’ve already been admitted to my first-choice university, and I was wondering if the fact that my second semester grades have declined somewhat would have any impact on me in the future?

Please note that I am not talking about grades that risk my acceptance being rescinded (I will still have mostly A’s and possibly a few B’s); rather, I’m referring to any instances in which not sustaining a cumulative 4.0 UW GPA will hurt me. For example, will I ever need to supply (while in college) my high school transcripts again for purposes such as scholarship applications, internships programs, etc.?

It would be perfectly fine if you have nothing lower than B.

You’ll be fine. Once you get into college, high school grades mean absolutely nothing (unless you want to transfer, where they could become prevent - even so, the B isn’t gonna be a big deal)

Congrats on getting into your top choice!

A few B’s won’t hurt you unduly. As long as you refrain from obtaining a C or lower, there will definitely be no inquiry as to your grades. If you’re still getting B’s, your senioritis can’t be that bad.
