On my origional application I entered 3 of my first semester senior grades wrong. I thought we were suppose to enter the grades we had at that exact moment... So at that time those 3 grades were A's but my actual 1st semster grades turned out to be 3 B's.
It was an honest mistake, and I heard they dont really care about senior grades, but should I be worried???

Just call and ask tomorrow. But honestly, they only look at senior year difficulty, so I doubt it will matter.

You didnt fail so I dont think it will matter

You should send them a letter of your honest mistake. I’m under the impression they do not take these kinds of mistakes lightly.

When I was a senior in high school I realized I made a mistake and so I sent UCSD Admissions a typed up letter and told them of my mistake snail mail style. They sent a letter back to me saying my changes were “under consideration”, so yes they do note any changes between your transcript and what you told them. You probably can just call them and ask. I got in anyways.

When did you hear back from them, sayin that it was fine?

Contact them immediately.

i dont remember having entered any senior year grades? Plus they don’t factor in senior year grades, do they?

^They definitely look to make sure you’re not slacking off and you can be rescinded for it. Misreporting grades is a serious issue I would think. You SHOULD be fine if you quickly contact them and let them know that it was an honest mistake.

Bambi, I hope they don’t rescind you, oh my Lord, otherwise it will be a tragedy …

lol well admission shouldnt factor in senior year grades cuz its due in Nov and people usually dont know their grade yet. Plus to keep ur acceptance, u just need to maintain a minimum of 3.0 UC GPA. So a B is still 3.0, 4.0 if its an AP course.

My counselor and I called admissions today, they said it was fine, and that I have nothing to worry about! I AM OFFICIALLY EXCITED! :))))
