Could you help me select college with the best "party" environment and social life

I live in Oregon, but I am looking at schools both instate and out of state. My two choices in Oregon are OSU and U of O. My choices outside of Oregon are UCLA and NYU. I just really like the city life! I have a few questions when comparing these colleges:
1. Which college gives the most full ride scholarships for 2 years? (I am doing dual-enrollment, so I will have my AA degree when I graduate from high school. I am going to a community college and getting both college and high school credits, so I will be a junior when I enter university)
2. Which college gives cheerleading scholarships if I become a cheerleader at their college?
3. Which college has a better college-like atmosphere? Meaning, yes, parties, and college social life.

Thanks.

UCLA and NYU are not community colleges if that’s what you’re asking… And NYU rarely(if not impossible) give you full ride… I’m not too sure about Oregon but State colleges tend to have better “college like atmospheres”?

I am not asking about community college, I’m saying I go to one now

Oregon is in the PAC-12 and has one of the best football teams in the country - you would definitely have a great social life there.

UCLA is much harder to get into, but one of the best publics in the country.

NYU does not give good financial aid.

Even if you have an AA, if you’re just graduating from high school, you’re still considered an incoming freshman.

Neither UCLA or NYU are going to give you merit scholarships. Both are very expensive…about $50k-60k per year.

for UCLA, you’re OOS, so no aid likely. NYU gives terrible aid.

Cheer scholarships at Div 1 schools are often small…like $1000.

Oregon state has a better social life in my opinion. I’m from Oregon and I’ve been to both. I find U of O to be a bit more “chill” and OSU to be more wild. Corvallis really is the embodiment of a college town, Eugene not so much. But it all depends on what you’re looking for. Oregon is much better than OSU if you’re looking for city life.

Very few schools give FA to transfer students.

OP makes an excellent case for restricted access to higher ed

Where’s the LIKE button for post #8?

Are you kidding me? It’s NEW YORK CITY. Or Oregon…. Which do YOU think has the better social life?
