Counsellor/teachers submission process

I am an international student.

The counsellor at my school along with the 2 teachers I assigned as my recommenders are totally uninformed on the process of submitting the transcript/recommendations. From what I saw when they showed me their CommonApp profiles, they don’t have any “Submit” option that I, as an applicant, have on my profile (the one that gets you to pay the CommonApp fee and all that jazz…) So, my question is, do they just have to fill in all the information in the transcript/school report categories and do nothing more (in case the information gets submitted automatically to the university after they get that green tick) or is there a “Submit” button that they should be looking for on their accounts when they’ve filled all the information in? Thank you!
