Counselor can't see my CA college list?

Hi, a couple weeks ago I added some new colleges to my Common App list, yet my counselor claims she can’t those new colleges from her account. I tried updating my information and reconnecting Naviance with Common App, but to no avail. Has anyone encountered similar problems? Or is it just me… Thanks :slight_smile:

Your counselor just has to upload the rec letter and transcript to Common App, and then you’ll assign it to each college. Why does she need to see those colleges on her account?

It’s just a part of our school’s process; the counselors need to see that we have our schools listed on CA before they do anything. Not sure what’s going on… but thanks anyways!
