I submitted all my EA apps and was on the common app making sure everything was sent in. It says my school report and both teacher recommendations have been downloaded. However, it says nothing next to my counselor recommendation. My counselor told me that he’s positive he sent it. Above it is says it has downloaded my school report. Is it suppose to say downloaded next to the counselor report? If so, does it usually take a long time?
That happened to my son. It showed the counselor rec and transcript was uploaded but the teachers’ recs were missing. He submitted four EA applications through the CA on 10-14. He sent a polite reminder to his teachers on Wednesday or so. One gave him some receipts yesterday that showed she submitted them. I think they went through Parchment. He checked the individual schools’ sites and they show they’ve received the paperwork. I’m glad I stayed out of it and didn’t go ballistic on these very kind teachers. 
Out of the blue one of his CA schools sent an email that says “Congratulations! Your application is complete!” today. Check the college sites. If it doesn’t show up on the college site in few days ask him to resend. All the schools my son applied to have said they give a grace period for the counselor and teacher reports.
To summarize I don’t think the CA dashboard is accurate when the school doesn’t send recs through them. All the schools send a password to get on their sites and monitor your app from there.
