Counselor Recommendation.

<p>On the status check for Duke, it lists the secondary school report separate from the counselor recommendation. On the Common Application, I tried to download the counselor recommendation form, but apparently the secondary school report and recommendation are one in the same? Is there no form for the counselor recommendation? Or is it just supposed to be like the peer evaluation? Everything else but the recommendation is marked as completed.</p>

<p>I’d send an e-mail to the admissions office. What probably happened is that they downloaded the Secondary School Report/Counselor Recommendation as one file, but since it was one file, they only marked one item off of your checklist. The same thing happened to me, but I e-mailed the admissions office and got it fixed:</p>

Please take this email as confirmation that we have received both your Counselor Recommendation and your Secondary School Report. Since they came together, they were tagged as one document. We’ll await your Midyear Grades, of course, but your application is otherwise complete.
