In my school we don't have a guidance counselor. As far as I have understood I can put a teacher instead of a counselor to complete that. So my question is if it is ok the teacher that will "act" as a counselor, writes also a recommendation letter as a "teacher" (I mean from the if he completes also one of the 2 evaluations that are supposed to be completed by teachers.
Moreover do you think that a principal is a suitable person to complete the forms that correspond to a counselor?

By the way could someone explain to me what should a counselor attach to the international school report supplement if there are some standard examinations(but only for some of the subjects) at the end of the senior year of the secondary school?
