A counselor of mine has recently moved to another school but she said she would be willing to write a rec. for me since I know her. Should I just email her the counselor form? or is this against some rule since she does not work at my school anymore?

What would she fill out on the counselor rec. form? Or do I get my new counselor to fill out the top part, and my old counselor to fill out the evaluation?

Thanks for the help.

You need one recommendation from a humanities teacher, one recommendation from a math/science teacher, and your school counselor must submit the Secondary School Report. Since the departing counselor who knows you has offered to write a letter for you, perhaps that could serve as an extra letter of recommendation, but you'll still need two letters from subject-area teachers, and your current school counselor will need to send in the Secondary School Report.

This is what my counselor said: My old counselor writes a letter and sends it to my new counselor. Then my new counselor will fill out all the Secondary School report and attach the old counselor's rec. to the packet of information.

That sounds like a great plan.
