Countdown to RD Decisions (Class of 2018)

LC… you?

@dragonflymusic taossss

@readmypost …Welp. Come on, Rice, you’re killing me here.

Did you send your scores to Rice, or did the CollegeBoard just give the university their students’ AP scores?

My email was just like @readmypost’s So im sure they also sent fee waivers for AP scores. Maybe they also sent others for subject test. Not sure though

Yes, S got fee waiver for perfect SAT Subject scores.

@JHsu320, wait, I know you! hahaha this is crazy, I’m in debate-- OO and PF!

ok if they release the decisions tomorrow will we have to wait until 5:00 pm or will it just be released? I strongly believe they already finished the decision making process.

Hm… does anyone know when the ED decisions were released time-wise?

They almost assuredly made the decisions. And I heard something about everyone who got a 5 in AP Chem getting a fee waiver.

@dragonflymusic hahaha really?? Wait who are you??? :D

pretty okay scores and no fee waiver here :(

@JHsu320 – At least I think I know you. O.O I do PF-- my partner’s Anand.

@dragonflymusic hehe yes you totally do know me!

I applied for a waiver through commonapp, during the submit page, I checked the whole “request a fee waiver” and all of a sudden I didn’t pay for application fees to like 7 schools…

@FLstudent2014 I had a 5 on chem and was given a fee waiver. They mentioned AP scores in the letter

sorry guys! moving it over to PM…

You two who know each other should totally just PM right now instead of posting on the rice thread

Get along little duckies

All this talk about interview and fee waivers are making me really nervous since I got neither.
Does anyone know whether those two apply to internationals as well?

there has to be more criteria than a ‘5 on ap chem’ for a waiver cause I didn’t get one…

I didn’t get one either, and I’ve gotten several 5’s on my exams (not chem, though, since I never took AP Chem), and I even got a perfect score on an SAT Subject test. Whatever. :(
