<p>@Phoenix55555 Last year I refreshed the portal about 5 mins before the emails went out (aka 4:55 central) and the decisions were posted. The email followed at 5:00 exactly.</p>

<p>edit: Although I think they’re using a different system this year. Last year we checked application status through ESTHER.</p>
