<p>NOTHING can get me to get up earlier than I absolutely have to...that's why I'm always late to my 0 hour.</p>
<p>Thats the same for me. Even though I wake up, I just fall back asleep</p>
<p>thank god i dont have a 0 hour =P 1st hour starts at 8:15 but my teacher is a loser and doesnt care so i usually walk in at like 8:40</p>

<p>it's a class you can take besides having a full schedule and it starts before school.</p>
<p>zero hour is for kids who want a class before 1st hour so they can get out at lunch. we have calc bc 0 hour, the only honors/ap class offered 0 hour haha</p>
<p>my school usually has period 1-6 starting at 7:50 and ending at 2:36
however, there are certain(mostly music) 0 period classes which start at 7:00</p>
<p>there are also classes(mostly special ed/ technology) classes that say past 2:36</p>
<p>I am usually late to my 0 period class</p>

<p>also, on another note, my school is so stupid. It lengthened the school day because teachers were complaining that they weren't getting paid enough, and they didn't want to raise their rates, so the compromise was to make them work longer but pay them more... now the teachers are complaining about the long work days!</p>
<p>at my school the district has refused to pass to teachers the cost of living adjustments which the state has given the district</p>
<p>instead they are spending it on "capital improvements" for the district offices which consists of a converted mansion</p>

<p>I see. I guess my 1st period is like other people's 0 period then. Most people start school 2nd period, and most seniors start 3rd period. That'll be me starting next week because I'll have athletic option for gym and we're no longer required to show up for tok classes anymore.</p>
<p>wow u people start so early. i have swim practice in the morning and i wouldnt be able to go to ur school! my swim practice ends at 7! hahaha</p>
<p>Enrichment: 7:30. Had it every semester of HS except this one, when I dropped the class that was occupying the period. I've never been so happy to get sleep in my entire life.</p>

<p>what's unfortunate for me is that i live out of the district so it takes about 20 minutes for me to drive to school through one lane construction zones. bleh...showers at 5:50 are not my cup of tea.</p>
