(a) Is McGill very diverse?
(b) How big are the classes, in particular classes in the faculty of science or faculty of medicine?
(c) Is it very urban? Is the student life good?
(d) Is it necessary to know french? And do your chances of acceptance decrease if you drop french and learn another language?
(e) How much does it hurt if you have two C's one in your freshman and another in your sophomore year?
(f) Does legacy give you a boost or does McGill not care?

a)extremely
b)very big in your first year (700+ in intro bio/chem), gets smaller later on (<35)
c)Montreal is a big city, but i also find that it sometimes has a small town feel to it, which is cool. Student life is fantastic. It’s the only canadian school to have ever gotten on playboy’s top 10 party schools. BUT student life is as diverse as the student body, so you can always find things you like, if getting drunk a lot is not your thing.
d)Nope
e)That depends on what your other grades are. McGill is easy to get in for Americans/Internationals, which is not the case for Canadians. McGill has admission requirements/min grades on their website, go take a look.
f)Doesn’t care, completely based on numbers. Unless your family are big doners, then they might care.

Not sure what you mean by help. Its just a Qualification, many people apply with the IB or the A Levels. Just doing it doesn’t guarantee anything.
