Course dilemma

I'm a sophomore going into junior year I am in my last year of Spanish my 3rd year but considered second year in highschool since I'm one year ahead. I'm debating whether or not I should continue Spanish into next year or drop language in general and just keep Latin III and IV (mandatory) and take AP Latin senior year as I'm not the best in Spanish. This would allow me to take AP CS on top of APUSH and APENG. I can also drop lunch and retain spanish and attempt to fit AP CS. So my schedule would look something like this:
Honors Pre-Calculus and Calculus
Honors Latin III and IV
Honors Physics
Science Research III and IV
AP English
AP US History
AP Computer Science
Or my schedule can look like this:
Honors Pre-Calculus and Calculus
Honors Latin III and IV
Honors Physics
Honors Spanish Literature
Science Research III and IV
AP English
AP US History
AP Computer Science

Second one is more rigorous; if you subbed Spanish lit with something else in the first, then it might be a fair comparison (in terms of rigor).
Whether or not you actually want/need the class is your call.

I just hear that many colleges prefer 3+ years of the same language

Aren’t you already getting the 3+ years with Latin anyways…?

Assuming I take AP Latin but don’t colleges prefer modern languages?

No
