Course selection

Who are the best professors and/or courses to take as an incoming freshman?

you have no idea who's gonna be your teachers/professors until August, when they send you the "real" schedule. So good luck ^_^

search on teacherratings.com or <a href="http://www.thebluehen.com%5B/url%5D">http://www.thebluehen.com</a></p>

I'd advise against Professor Munson if you're in Honors and a Chem/Biochem/ChemE. Though he may not be teaching much this semester, he's prob over 80.

Munson is outstanding and clearly one of the top minds at the university in Chem - he's not for everyone - but if you want to study with someone who knows his stuff and is pretty famous for his research, Munson could make your list.

If any Chem majors are reading this...I'd suggest taking Honors Quantitative Chemistry with Munson (it's very doable if you study, he's a great guy to know, and you can redo labs and quizzes if your first grade is lower than you would like). However, I'd take regular General Chemistry with Burmeister unless you think you can teach yourself chem on your own.
