Courses for PT?

Hi. I’m thinking about going into physical therapy after high school (I’m a junior now). I’ve been signing up for next year’s classes lately, and I can’t decide what to fill my eighth and final slot.

Here are my best, most career-geared options.

~AP Biology-I’m already taking AP Chem. This seems like an ideal course, but AP Bio has a horrible rep at my school. It’s supposedly really hard, and the good teacher left last year. Plus, I’m worried about taking two AP science courses, because I’m in marching band and I’ve already got a relative large load (TAG AP English Language, Ap Government, AP Econ, and, of course, AP Chem).

~Medical Terminology-This is part of my school’s health science program. I used to be in it, but I quit because I hated the teacher. Unfortunately, the same teacher teaches this course, so I’m a bit wary about taking it. Plus, it’s only one semester, and I’d need a second course.

~Anatomy and Physiology-This also seems like a good course, but everyone says it’s ablow-off course, so I don’t know if it’s worth my time.

~AP Physics II or AP Physics C-I cringe at this idea. I really, really hate physics. But I read it’s a good course to take, and if I end up going through with PT, I’ll have to get over my hatred anyway. (That’s why I’m taking AP Chem-I need to get over my chemistry phobia.)

~Principles of Biomed-My friend took this. (I almost took it, but chose the aforementioned health science class instead.) She doesn’t say much about this class, but when I was talking about considering being a PT, she said that they discussed it a lot in that class. So maybe it’s worth a look. The only con is that I don’t know if it’s available for seniors.

What do you guys think i should take? Also, it you have any other recommendations, be sure to let me know. Thanks in advance!
