Courses that satify BOTH Humanities and R & C, and maybe EVEN AC?

<p>I am trying to cut my units, so I can take more classes relating to my major. I am hoping that there is a course that can satisfy most of not all of the following:</p>

<p>1) Second half of R & C (for College of Engineering)</p>

<p>2) Humanities and Social Studies</p>

<p>3) American Culture</p>

<p>I am pretty sure it is difficult to find one that satisfy ALL of the 3 things mentioned above. But if anyone in the past have found/took a course that fits two if not all three above would fly nicely.</p>

<p>Perhaps History R1 would work?</p>

<p>All courses that satisfy 1 satisfy 2... and courses that satisfy 3, satisfy 2 as well!</p>

<p>There's some linguistics class that I think can do R and C and social sciences for you. I don't know if there is anything that can do all three. I would just look for something that does AC and R and C and then it will probalby do the hum/soc. Good luck.</p>

<p>Yeah, I know it seems like a long shot. Or else, a bunch of people who have been taking that classes before.</p>

<p>these classes satisfy r&C part B:
* Afro-Am 156ac, poetry for the people
* Comp lit 60ac, topics in lit of american cultures
* english 31AC, lit of american cultures
* english 135AC, lit of american cultures</p>

<p>and as DRab said above, you might be able to do something like Ling 55AC + Ling R6</p>

<p>classics 28 or 35 will take care of the R&C and humanities. i don't know of anything that will do AC too</p>
