Is it possible to cover the entire Barron's AP Stats book in one week, assuming i have no previous statistics knowledge? I'm a pretty quick learner and was just wondering how long it took some people to cover the whole book.

i took a stat course (but didnt rly understand anything). one week before the exam, i did all of the barrons book. its very possible, but very tedious n somewhat overwhelming

As of right now i’m taking AP statistics, and I don’t think it’s possible in one week. Why don’t you start now? put in 1 or 2 hours each day until the ap exam and i’m sure you’ll do fine. (unless you’re aiming for a 5, which in that case, good luck.)

three-four weeks are needed to prepare well for the AP exam. If you want a 5, you would be more prepared if you study now.

I will. Can i get a 5 using Barron’s alone?

It has been done before I believed. Go to apcentral.com to do frq for practice and use the sample mc from the course description to evaluate yourself.

sure its possible, bit it’s not worth the risk- especially if you are a junior.

why not just start now?

Definitely start now. It’s not that easy. A lot of CC’ers make it out to be a cake course but it’s really not. The AP Exam, however, is pretty rudimentary. Barron’s is more than enough to get the basics down. Just hope that this AP Exam doesn’t swing you a curve and focus on topics that are a bit more advanced. I’d say that you start now, 1 week is not enough to prepare for any AP, let alone a math. Best of luck!
