So. I have a question.

I'm a transfer student and I've already applied to the bajillion of schools that I want to transfer to. I'm checking my statuses online, making sure everything is submitted and so far so good.

I was talking to my professor today and he just realized that he didn't send in the Common App. Instrictor Evaluation sheet... He just sent the letters of recommendation.

Now, when I checked the statuses on my applications online, they all note that the instructor evaluations have been submitted/ received/ processed/ etc.

...Should I resend them? I've tried contacting the universities I applied to but they're SUPER BUSY right now and won't be able to get back to me in time (I'm leaving for a week long trip to Japan in like... 3 days).

Any advice?

So you are saying he mailed or emailed the letters of recommendation?

If he emailed, I would imagine the entire form went not just the letter part.

If he snail mailed it, then if he is willing, I would make up all the envelopes for the schools and give them to him stamped and ask him to mail it since you are unable to reach the schools. It sounds like they aren’t somehow needed but I wouldn’t take the chance if you cannot reach a real person at at least the few top schools on your list.

He snail mailed the letters of recommendation without the Common App instructor evaluation form. One of the schools I applied to was the University of Miami and they required the instructor evaluation form. O_O I was still accepted without it and they never said anything about it.

I’ll go ahead and just make extra copies of them. You’re right. It’s not worth the risk T_T

Thanks!
