Crazy idea.

So here's this crazy idea I had... what if all the 2007 kids decided to not come to this site after they submit their first application next year? Instead of making "What are my Harvard chances!!!!!" threads, why don' you go out and enjoy what could be your last year at home. Your last year with friends. Your last year as a "kid". Your last year with your parents. The last year that you can really just sit in your hometown and enjoy life without having to worry about professional issues or anything. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy your senior year.

PS. Your world isn't going to self-destruct if you don't go to the ivy league... in fact, I think you'll all end up quite alright.

My life will blow up and die if I don't get into the schools I want to get into.

trust me thats not going to happen........................YMCA do teh YMCA

nice insight... very inspiring.

LIES!

10char

That is a crazy idea. I don't like crazy ideas.

Unfortunately, some CCers just don't understand that concept.

Do you, kchen? I don't.

Yeah, I don't really understand it myself, either. But I'm trying to grasp it. Sooner or later, I'll have to face the possibility of not getting accepted into my top choice colleges.

NO! It must not happen. Atleast not to me. ( This is me being dillusional, like Yale or the Naval Academy really wants me... )

The end is near. The end is near.

Thanks... that's very reassuring.
