Credentials and reassurance.

I'm a junior in high school. I know I want to go for dental. I know I want to go to the University of Florida, hence one of the only universities with a dental program. I want to apply for their 7 year program after my first year as a freshman. All of this sounds sooo good until I look at my credentials.
Unweighted gpa: 3.73
Weighted gpa: 4.54
Current sat score: 1500
Current act score: 21
I took my sat the first time and got a 1500 second time a 1480. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? Anyways..
I'm currently in three clubs and am running for Vice President in one. I am running for senior class secretary also. I am in beta club (volunteer club), National Honors Society, and Jefferson club. I am joining FBLA and Science club at my school. I am also planning on running for FBLA Vice President. Oh and I am also duel enrolling in my local college for my senior year. Also have taken 5 AP classes so far. Also in the top 25 percentile of my school.

Do I stand any chance in getting into a good university and or UPenn!?

Thanks.

UPenn with a SAT score of 1500 is non-existent, sorry.

Lolol I know. Trying to get it up.

If you break 2000 on the SAT or 30 on the ACT, you will be past the 25% cutoff for UPenn. So, reasonably, you need around 2100+ or 31-32+ to stand a shot. So either 1. Work really hard and boost that score or 2. Give up and set your sights somewhere else.

I’m about a 50/50 on both. I am mentally capable of achieving scores that high but I can not seem to acheive it! Anyone have any tips to boost you’re scores. And typo: 22 on act. (Like it makes a difference)
