Citizen's Bank and PNC bank both have ATMs on campus; PNC also has a small branch in the basement of the UC, and it is possible to use your student ID as a PNC debit card, I think. You can sign up during orientation; both companies will be on campus.

I was looking for a credit card earlier this year, and I found that many required an income of $1000/month for their cash back cards. Because I don't have that high of income with a part time job, I had to go with a student card. You might just want to look into getting a credit card through your bank, because then you'll be able to pay your bill easily online.

There's also National City Bank. The bank office is down the street at the corner of Forbes and Craig. And then there's an ATM machine in Baker Hall.
