Credit/debit cards for international students @Penn

<p>Hey guys,
I am asking current international students what are they doing about debit/credit cards. Should I get a debit card when I get to Penn or should I just use my credit card from my country?
In the year I spent in the US I had a foreign debit card and I would take out cash maybe once every two weeks, and I would be charged about 3 $ each time I would take out money.
Are there banks that give you interest if you have more than a certain amount in deposit?
And what banks have ATMs around campus?</p>

<p>PNC and SFCU both have ATM’s, checking accounts, and debit cards available.</p>
