<p><em>About</em> how many credits are needed for freshman year?</p>
<p>30 units at Berkeley gives a person sophmore standing. Minimum unit load is 13 units and max is I believe 20.5 units a semester. The units needed freshman year is at a minimum 26 units to meet the minimum load requirement. You should only do that if you have enough AP/IB credits.</p>
<p>When do our transcripts update with our AP credit?</p>
<p>If they haven't already, then go and contact the registrar's office because they should have come in. You might have to resend your AP scores.</p>
<p>in my BearFacts, it says I have 30.5 units but I am only a first semester freshman. Does that mean my AP credits have come in?</p>
