credits to transfer to UT Austin?

Do you need 30 credits or 60 credits to transfer to UT Austin? I read that you can transfer with 30 credits, and some parts said that you have to have 60 credits. This made me confuse. I currently have 12 credits, by the end of this Spring semester I will have 24 and I'll be taking classes in the summer as well and that would get me to 36. I am taking prerequisite classes (pre-pharmacy) for Pharmacy school. I took mostly English, History, Govt and Math courses. I read somewhere that they rather have student take the prereq science courses at UT. So yeah, can I transfer with 30 credits? and work the rest of my prerequisites (mainly science) at UT?

Thanks and sorry if I am not making my question clear enough.
