I want to know all the negative aspects of Cornell? I'm going this fall, and I just want to about Cornell's negative aspects.

I absolutely love it here, so I'm probably not going to be able to give you too much criticism, but...I'll try to think of 5 things:

Some of the larger lectures have a great professors, but it takes more of an effort to get to know them than in a smaller setting.

The campus convinience store "Bear Necessities" charges too much, but we all use Big Red Bucks, that aren't real cash anyway.

Tests count for a large proportion of your grade, it's pretty easy to mess things up, and consequently kind of stressful.

Ithaca is wonderful, but once you get outside of Ithaca, there isn't much around...it would be great if we were a little closer to a city where you go out for the day.

Sometimes social life gets a little too party based sometimes. I like to go to parties, but sometimes it feels like people aren't interested in anything else. Beast is absolutely terrible.

Well, that's about all I can think of....If you want some positive aspects you can read some of my other posts, I don't usually talk about the bad, just because I like the school, and would never want to go anywhere else.

sorry if this is a stupid question...
what's Beast?

a cheap beer that tastes like sand and water

lovely!

haha

great description, gomestar.
