5 stars, thanks a lot

Bumppppppp

I read these tips this morning, used them on the SAT today, and felt much more confident in my answers than the last time I took the test. Thanks so, so much!

You guys should have bumped this last night! :(

I am so glad it helped! Feel free to send me a message if you ever have any questions.

You are awesome! Thanks!

This was really helpful! I wish I’d seen it before i took the Oct. SAT  Haha, but thank you:)

Bump. This will be very useful for people taking the PSAT on wednesday.

There should be a similar one for math and writing too. That would be awesome!

I posted a few posts ago, but I thought I could give an update.
540 => 610 :)

Wow, Shadowmist! I am SOOOO excited to hear about your score increase, especially since this is just a fraction of the total work. Makes what I do worthwhile. Congratulations!

I’m only on post #3 and I’m already loving this! Superb!

This is amazing!! thank you PSVicki
I’m going to apply what I learn in this to the practice test this evening

You deserve a medal.Thank you!!

Terrific thread! Keep it up! I am not that hot in CR and could use all the help i can get… Thanks PSVicki!!! :)

Only light study tomorrow, so a last minute bump before the test!

Im taking November test… :)

Simple to read and thorough! Nice guide. I would like to add that the SAT usually uses “literal” answers. For example:

What does the phrase “it’s raining cats and dogs” mean?
A) it’s raining hard
B) cats and dogs pour down from the sky
C) wrong answer
D) wrong answer
E)wrong answer

In this question, B would be false because it is too literal.

THANK YOU! I feel like I definitely comprehend the “critical” concept behind CR better!
