My D is interested in CS and within CS mainly Cyber Security. She has got accepted into UIUC without any scholarship, II IIT with full tuition and UMD with some scholarship. She is waiting for RICE and Carnegie Mellon. How is CS in RICE? Are there any good internship opportunities with RICE?

It has a core strength in engineering and science and should be fine for CS and for internships.
