are CS and Computer Programming two different majors? if so what are the diffrences?
I think Computer programming is a part of computer science. Computer science covers computer programming and many other topics
So if i want to be a programmer i must chose computer science?

I’ve heard of Software Engineering degrees, but not Computer Programming degrees. It’s impossible to answer your question unless we see the curriculum for the Computer Programming degree.
Most of the programmers I’ve worked with don’t have CS degrees, although they almost all have some kind of STEM degree.
