I just got into Mathematics & CS in LAS with the university achievement scholarship. However, I did not get into my preferred which was CS in CoE. Im interested in their business program and want to switch to Finance. Is this possible before college starts? Choosing UIUC is very dependent on whether my major is guaranteed to me.

I think this can be done. There is a major change form when you log in to MyIllini. If you have any doubts or more questions before you submit the form, email your admissions counselor. He or she usually gets back to you very quickly and is very on-point with replies.
