CSS business ownership question

Just started filling out the CSS Profile for one of my daughter's EA schools, and I'm already stumped. My husband is a shareholder (less than 10% interest) in the small company he works for. The company is a C corp, so it's not a pass-through entity. He's not self-employed, and it's not a family business. Do I report him as a business owner? He doesn't seem to fit into their categories. Thanks for any help.

Probably under investment section?
Does he receive any kind of income statement from the company?

It seems you have to.

Page 16, 27, and 28 might help to find the answer.

Thanks, coolweather! None of the FAQs seem to cover our situation, but the form you posted looks like we do have to treat it as business ownership. On the registration, it questioned me when I said he wasn’t a sole proprietor or a farmer. So complicated.

You don’t have to submit the Business/Farm Supplement form when submitting the CSS profile online. You will submit this form separately later (if your are considered as business owner). Some colleges don’t require this form.

You may want to call the financial office to ask questions related to your situation.

That’s good to know! I just found out yesterday that I needed to submit the profile now I instead of January, so the less information I have to dig up, the better. I was going to call CSS today, but maybe the school is better.
