CSS Profile registration help today!

I'm trying to get my ds's CSS Profile completed today - or at least his registration done - and maybe someone here can help me since their helpline doesn't operate over the weekend.

He is a dual-enrolled CC student; one on-line source (don't know how dependable it is) states to register him as a first-time college student with no college classes b/c otherwise the receiving college will ask the CC for financial aid info & slow the process down. The college using the CSS has a priority deadline of 2/5, which we are trying to meet.

Should he claim to have no college, or register as a first-time student with some college? None of the CC classes will transfer to the college using the CSS. He attended the CC using state funds to pay his tuition and a small book allowance; he paid all his fees and the majority of his books himself.

If I go ahead & do the registration & then call the CSS helpline on Monday, will I be able to change his status if I've chosen it incorrectly?

If he is still in high school- that is what he is for the Profile.

His college classes are relevant for academic placement but not for financial aid,

He is a first time college student for the purposes of all FA forms.

I found that Profile takes quite a bit of time and lots of interpretation and questions to get right. I would definitely plug away and get as much drafted as you can as soon as you can. You can save as PDF and print out to draft to work on and amend as well.
