CSU application - lab

I’m a transfer student, and in the transfer student planner, in IGETC mode, in Area 5, it says that one of my classes in either Physical Sciences or Biological Sciences needs to have a lab component. The Anthropology class i’m taking is to fulfill my Biological Sciences requirement and I’m taking the lab, but there is no option to list my lab for Anthro in the drop down menu when I enter my class to the transfer planner. There’s Anthro 1, but there’s no option for Anthro 1 Lab. I don’t really know what to do about this, will they see that I took the lab when I send in my transcripts? I’m afraid that they see I didn’t list a lab component, even though i’m taking a lab, and will deny my application or say I don’t qualify or something.

On my MAP when I tried to figure out the lab issue I noticed that it said, classes with an * by the title had a lab component and counted. So I noticed some courses had an actual lab class separate and some did not but still fulfilled the requirement. I don’t know about anthropology. I took geology 1 without a lab and I took Geography 1 and a lab called Geography 1 L. See if your CCC has an online counselor and ask them, or set an appointment and get this straightened out if you can’t find that * by the title, like ANTH1*

Yeah apparently Anthro 1 doesn’t have a lab, and I don’t see any *. On the other hand, it doesn’t say that I have anything unfulfilled when I enter my Bio Science and Physical Science classes in the Transfer Planner, it just gives me a warning that one of the two must be a lab. I’m hoping that they check if you did a lab when they receive your official transcripts. I would just ask my school but no one at my school helps with the application so I either figure it out here or on my own. But thanks anyway!
