@princesssssstiff CSULB is a difficult admit as a business student no doubt, Many UC’s might actually be easier to get into for business, the ones that offer it anyway, with a competitive GPA like yours I would definitely think you’ll get into at least 1, which other schools did you apply to?

Congrats! @celaeno I’m also an English major, but I didn’t get accepted. :-< I guess aside from my low GPA, it also had to do with my emphasis. Instead of putting down as just English for my major on the college application, I submitted it in as English with emphasis in Education (in which I think now is more competitive to get in with considering other English Education majors’ GPA that I know of). Oh well, I hope to hear back from them again soon. Please don’t linger on rejections and keep moving forward. It’s hard to hear, I know. From my own experience a very long time ago - I was rejected by CSULB, yet accepted to UC system - for whatever reason, my profile and major wasn’t a fit for them at the time, but I was a fit elsewhere so I just went on a different path than the one I thought I planned for. You achieved so much thus far: started on a path for your college career (that’s already a milestone) and you will find a way to reach your end goals.
