<p>I live in Northern California and I'm trying to make a choice between Fullerton and San Francisco State, (soon to be freshman) I would rather go to school in Southern California. I heard CSUF dorm life is pretty dead..and its a huge commuter school. I plan on living in a dorm, and i also heard its really hard to get a dorm, but i don't know anyone at CSUF to get an apartment with. Anyone go to CSUF? how is it? I'm undecided on my major right now, but I'm looking into English, business or law.</p>
<p>dorm life dead? haven t heard that one before but it is a commuter school but i have met plenty of people who dorm and most students that commute love to make friends with people who dorm so that they can crash at their dorm or get an apartment. I would join a sorority or fraternity if your worried about that and no not dead at all plenty of stuff to do. As far as getting a dorm yeah it might me hard to get the apartment dorms but the regular ones no 
the newer ones are nicer anyways</p>
