CSUN Transfer Student; Admitted but scared about grades?

Hi all, I created this account because I’m in desperate need for help!

To make a long story short, I intend on attending CSUN this fall as a BS in Kinesology - Exercise Science.

I have applied and have already been granted admission into the campus for fall.
I am done with majority of my GE’s and the courses required for my AA-T in Kinesiology from my school, and am doing the remaining courses this semester. Just Human Physiology, Statistics, and a handful of PE classes.

The reason why I am posting is because I am worried I may not pass my Statistics Course (one of the Golden 4 as you know). I still have two more exams to go and a few homework assignments before I know for sure whether or not I will not pass, but I am being completely honest when I say I’m freaking out. I’m borderline C-/D+, and any points marked off will drop me into that less than 69% range.

Is there any way that I would be able to make up the course in the summer, should I fail?
I know that there are some circumstances in which students were able to take classes during the summer, but am I considered one of them? What happens if I don’t pass my stats class this semester? Will I be rejected from the school?

Any help would be appreciated.
Signed,
a stressed transfer student

if it’s part of the golden 4 then you need it completed. they are very picky about that. you can always call admissions and ask if you would be able to take it over summer but they say you need to finish your courses by the end of spring semester
i would go to your professor now and beg for help. i had to pass an algebra class last semester and i essentially cried to my professor saying that i absolutely needed to pass the class or else i wont pursue my dreams and that was enough to get him to pass me lol. work your magic! all you need is a C
