CSUN vs CSULB

Hi guys

I’m a danish student who’s been accepted for a semester abroad at both CSUN and CSULB.
I’m in a big doubt of which of the two i’ll choose.
I’ve choosen taking the semester in LA because I admire the city so much. I would love hearing your advice on which of the schools suits me the best.

I’m a 24 years old danish guy who loves going clubs and bars as well, I’m a huge fan of sports, both the NFL and NBA, I would love exploring every part of LA when there. I would love going to the city a lot, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and all those places, but also going to the beach surfing and diving.
I’m doing a bachelor in business administration, but the purpose of this semester is not as much focus on the school, but more about having the best time with as many good experiences as possible. Of cause school is important too, but my main focus is on having the time of my life.

Which of the two colleges would you prefer for me?
Thanks in advance

CSULB would be your best bet. Near beaches, has a good club and party scene.

I strongly agree with CSU Long Beach.
Not only is it considerably closer to LAX, but it’s in an area that will allow you to easily cough…LA traffic… cough get to those areas you’ve indicated you’re interested in visiting.
CSU Northridge is a nice enough school, but it is located in a rather nondescript, suburban area at the far East end of the San Fernando Valley, that will make it more difficult to get to the activities you’re hoping to participate in.

Whichever school you select, be sure to make friends with people who have cars.

I would also pick CSULB, but either way you’re going to need a car.

thanks a lot for the response guys, really appreciate it!
