CU-Boulder or Vermont?

So I have 3 days left to make my final college decision, and really need help! I am deciding between going to the University of Vermont or University of Colorado-Boulder. I live in Chicago, costs and distance for both are not an issue. Here is my dilemma:

I am into the Business school at Vermont, I am not at Boulder. I can transfer into the Business school at Boulder, and Boulder also has more major options within the Business school that I like. I like Boulder's town much more as well... I need advice big time! Which school will be a more valuable 4 years of college both academically and socially?

It sounds like CU-Boulder might be a better fit. If you don't mind the size of U. of Colorado and the party reputation, then Colorado is probably a better fit.

Academics- Really hard to say. Smaller classes/more personal attention- Vermont (though upper division classes will be similar in size)
Reputation- Colorado
Social life- Colorado
College town- Boulder is a great college town - I've never been to Vermont.

You shouldn't have a problem getting into Leeds Business school.
