Hey! Im trying to decide between UC-Boulder and UVM. Money is not a factor since they both gave me a lot of money and about the same amount. My main factor is location (I live in MA). Vermont is a little closer to home but Colorado would be a new experience for me (completely diff location than MA). Also im majoring and psychology and their is little difference between them in that aspect. Both have good social scenes too. What do you think is a better school and/or the best overall experience?

UVM is a better school but UC has a better experience (party school with some smarts)

Personally I'd choose UC-Boulder, for the social life, activities, good academics, etc. Admittedly I'm not familiar with UVM academics. And if you're into skiing/snowboarding or other outdoor activities, I'd take UC over UVM. Both have mountains but I've spent years snowboarding in both states and Colorado is my pick of the two. Well Sugarloaf in Maine and Whistler in Canada are the TOP two for me, but yea UC would be my pick.

Oh and liked how you said Vermont is a "little" bit closer than Colorado
