For the section that asks for cumulative GPA on the Common App, should I include grades up to the first term of my senior year? These grades are not the final grades for the classes I am taking.

No. They technically don’t count towards your gpa when you apply since they aren’t final grades. Colleges will ask for mid year reports/ first quarter grades and you send that separately.
