UPenn is my top choice, I really want to know my chances of getting in as a transfer student.
The chances for anyone to transfer into Wharton are low for everyone. There are many more qualified applicants than there are spots available.
I suggest that you develop a solid list that includes reach, match, and safety schools that appear affordable (run the net price calculator for each school) and that you would be happy to attend. The people I see who get hurt by the college admission process are the ones who focus on one or two hyper-competitive schools and then don’t get in. Cast a wide net and recognize that (assuming no major hook) Wharton is a reach for pretty much everyone.
Your profile sounds interesting and your stats seem good (although you’re only providing a 3.9 and 32 as a basis)-- how are you doing in quant classes? Do you have a Math II score by any chance? How did you fare in high school overall?
Also, you should really build up the Senegal business on your application. Wharton loves successful family businesses.
