Update: Baruch sent me an official email regarding placement tests:According to your updated records from the City University of New York, you are no longer required to take the CUNY Assessment Tests/Mathematics Placement Test. The Office of Testing and Evaluation will update your student records with the appropriate course placements within two weeks.
Hey guys! I applied to Baruch in Dec and just now it says a decision has been made and I will be notified within 2 weeks. Is there any way I can find out early? I will be moving back to India from the US and if I get accepted I can attend the orientation or at least have some time to visit before I leave.
For some reason, I heard back from both Brooklyn and Hunter? I got accepted to both, but I’m confused because I thought we were only supposed to be contacted by one school. Has anybody else had this happen?
@desperate3 yes it does happen to people…now you have to choose 1…a hard choice, i know…
@desperate3 it also happened to me. Funny actually because it was Hunter as well that sent a letter after Baruch did…
I just got admitted to Baruch. Is there an admitted students group chat for that?
Got an email for Bronx Community which was my last choice, so is there a way to see if the other colleges have made a decision?
Reply to my other question: So from reading the forum, it seems like for transfers, you only get accepted into one school, so it seems like bronx was the only one that took me. if someone can confirm for me that this is true, and i shouldn’t wait on the other three schools, it’d be much appreciated. thanks
yes, that is true. just boost your gpa there and then try again
Does anyone who is attending Hunter know when we receive our advisor? It says I need to speak with one to register but I don’t know who mine is.
