<p>So I have lived in the US my entire life but my dad was born in canada which would make me a canadian citizen born abroad. I am still waiting for my proof of citizenship from canada however and don't know if I am considered a dual-citizen yet? Does anybody know how I should fill out my apps? Thanks!</p>
<p>It took about 2 months for my kids to get their cert of citizenship. But the fact is you ARE a Canadian citizen at this moment by every law in Canada. You just don’t have the cert. You’re fine – just follow thru and obtain the doc to be sure.</p>
