I recently received an email from OU saying my application had suggested potential for their honors scholarships (the only one which would apply to be being the Cutler Scholarship) and was wondering if that means I’m likely to be accepted into the HTC? I hadn’t really considered the Cutler Scholarship, but was hoping to get into HTC. For reference, my ACT is a 35 and GPA is around a 4.4 . The website says the HTC is highly selective, so I don’t know if my stats will guarantee me an interview - does the email mean anything, or is it just something to boost their numbers?
